Let me be blunt, Emulation is illegal. The rule that if you keep them for only 24 hours is nonsence (think of it, can you keep heroin or a stolen DVD player for 24 hours?) and the archival backups are stictly prohibitred in the game manuals. I myself own all the cartridges but have decided to post the ROMS so others can enjoy the games that are either out of print or stuck in Japan. If I am ever asked to remove these files I will so get them while you can.

You will need an emulator for these files. I recommend you check out Zophars domain for emulators. I also suggest you use the following emulators: NES - Nesticle, SNES - zSNES, Gameboy - VisualBoy Advance. To apply the English IPS patches I recommend you download 'IPSXP' a great GUI patcher
