Here is my official statement on the copy written material featured on the site:
“I have decided to post them [ROMs, MP3s & Manga scans] for the simple reason that I have used them myself to help bring the Japanese portion of Dragon Quest to the North American fans. I believe I have used them for 'good' and there is a chance there are other DQ fans out there who want to create a DQ project and require access to these ROMs & downloads. I have posted these materials to help DQ, not hurt it. Due to the fact that my logic does not lie in accordance with the law, I will remove them immediately if the owner of the material contacts me and lays claim to their intellectual property”
